Pilates Footwork and Reflexology

Reflexology treats each foot as a mirror reflection of your whole system, including organs, glands, cells, and all the energy flowing in between. You will give each foot a gentle guided massage using small balls, addressing imbalances in specific areas and bringing awareness into the body as a whole.

We will then continue into gentle movement on the Pilates equipment to deepen your body’s awareness and absorption of increased energy flow and overall wellness, finishing with a guided deep relaxation.

And we’ll honor and tend to what is still resting and taking shape beneath the surface.
