Pilates for your Bones is a movement class aimed at bone and joint health.
The exercises you will learn will leverage bone-strengthening and balance techniques. We will combine Pilates, functional movement, strength training and therapeutic exercise in this class. These exercises will tone your arms, hips, back, and abs, and will also improve posture.
