We're devoted to providing you your best yoga experience. We offer private, semi-private, and therapeutic yoga sessions with experienced and passionate instructors. These sessions are ideal for people brand new to yoga, recovering from injury, coming back to the practice after years away, hoping to develop a home practice, or looking for deeper understanding of yoga. In this individualized setting, you'll get the specialized attention to make the most of your yoga. Practice breathwork and move through poses guided safely by your instructor in a therapeutic, flow, power, or restorative yoga session.

Therapeutic Yoga

Designed for students experiencing or recovering from injury, illness, or chronic pain, therapeutic yoga sessions incorporate traditional yoga postures with special attention to alignment and awareness. Gentle and restorative yoga and thoughtful breathwork provide a balance of strength, stretch, and relaxation to bring your body into balance. 
 

Semi-Private Yoga

55 MINUTES $42/person •10 pack for $380

What's more fun than moving with friends or family? Enjoy added value and enjoyment with a shared session of 2-4 people. 

 

Group Classes

Weekend workshops

Each month we feature 60-120 minute yoga workshops varying in style and theme. These workshops are typically scheduled on the weekends, and occasionally through the week. Participants must pre-register for workshops to ensure their spot is held. Examples of Yoga Workshops include: Yoga for Balance, Yoga for Neck and Shoulders, Restorative Yoga & Aromatherapy. series classes

Series classes are small group classes limited to 6-8 people. These classes focus on a theme and run once a week for 4 to 6 weeks. Participants must pre-register for any series class to ensure their spot is held.  Examples of series classes include: Intro to Yoga, Yoga for Comfort and Ease, and Yin Yoga for Anxiety and Stress. Offsite Private Yoga for Individuals or Group Events

Please call the studio to inquire about an offsite options for private or semi private Yoga, Pilates, or Personal Training sessions. We also accommodate groups for special events like bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls night out, or other special occasions.
