Kinēsa focuses on retraining the brain and calming the nervous system to release habitual patterns of posture, movement, and body mechanics. This gentle practice improves alignment, posture, and ease of movement while reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being. Through these gentle movement lessons, clients are guided to become aware of how habits may restrict their movements through daily life activities. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
